First Lines Contest 2019: Planets Don't Drink Beer

Charles A. Turek Updated May 12, 2019
PDDB Cover 2.5
There weren’t enough days on the Martian calendar for the kinds of activities Marshall Harschool loved. As he sat behind his desk in the offices provided to him by the Martian colony, he contemplated the information he had just obtained and the fact that it would allow him to participate in the most beloved of those activities.
Marshall wore the standard uniform of his station, a beige and brown jacket over brown slacks.
