We don't have to be everything to everyone.
It's high time we look inside and clear out all the gunk so we can think with clarity, listen effectively and speak purposefully. Often times we overload our lives with agenda's geared at people-pleasing and forget the most important person on earth is to please, self.
Wrong Priorities Even With The Best of Intentions
A video of Former Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, 77, surfaced as he gave a very confusing speech in front of a crowd in South Carolina this past Monday. According to Independent.co.uk, the former Vice President is quoted saying, "My name is Joe Biden. I’m a Democratic candidate for the United States Senate. Look me over, if you like what you see, help out. If not, vote for the other Biden.” Earlier in the month he also mistakenly referred to New Hampshire and Nevada. The recent and past issues relating to the mental health of the former Vice President have many concerned and it shows in polls.
Former Vice President Biden is no stranger to tragedy, stress and high expectations. He has labored for many years as a public servant. That being said, he's also a man, a husband, and father. He has shared with the world his own first hand experience with death, and dying. He lost his first wife tragically many years ago, and his son Bo, a few years ago. It's safe to say Joe Biden has been grief-stricken for quite some time. The question is, has he giving himself the ample amount of time to heal and truly care for mind, body, and spirit?
