Review for Arial the Chef
September 18, 2019
I really enjoyed Arial the Chef for many reasons. The illustrations are big, bright and engaging. But also, there are valuable life lessons woven into the story. This time Arial thinks she would like to have a robot to help her prepare sushi, but she must earn her own money. Arial makes a secret plan to help her open a sushi bar. She wanted to use the money earned from her sushi bar sales to buy the robot. However, things didn’t go as planned with the grand opening. Arial leans important lessons in this story and readers will find them valuable too. In addition, there is a recipe at the end, plus a glossary and some helpful discussion topics. I highly recommend this book.
