His mother’s new lazy husband is much more than merely abusive, and the two are left alone while Brian’s mother works double-shifts everyday to provide for them, making money that her husband spends on booze instead of food. At school, Brian faces four bullies daily that make his life even more miserable. His health has declined, as have his grades. He’s now failing nearly all of his classes. He can’t concentrate on his schoolwork because he lives in fear of his step-father at home, and of the bullies at school. The only bright spot in his life is Carly, the girl on which he’s had a crush for years. As his relationship with Carly soars to new heights, so do the problems at home and the confrontations at school. Brian begins to crumble under the pressure. He's finally pushed past the breaking point, where he does the unthinkable. Realizing what he's done, he knows he must turn himself in. But as usual, no one wants to listen. In a race against time, he fights to be heard, with the sound of a ticking clock as the soundtrack in his mind. And once again, he must face the bullies. This time, with nothing to lose. In a final showdown, even after all hope is lost, Brian desperately struggles to control the anger that is building inside him. Anger that has turned to RAGE.

The normally quiet neighborhood of Hewitt Street is being upset by the sudden amount of suspicious deaths. In less than two years, three of the residents have died suddenly. Another left, never to be seen again. In a city with only 12,000 souls, that’s a high rate. On a street with only a handful of residents, it’s even higher. The residents have been so caught up in the happenings of their own lives they fail to notice the abnormality of the high death rate of their neighbors. It isn’t until the niece of one of the murder victims moves to Hewitt Street and points it out to them that everyone takes notice. Suspicion falls to each of the 8 residents living on Hewitt Street. It could very well be any one of them. Neighbors become aware of the actions of the other neighbors as love blooms, relationships grow, hatred blossoms, doubts arise, safety is threatened, fear takes hold, and fights ensue. So which of the neighbors is the killer? That’s what the residents of Hewitt Street are dying to found out...
