Where I Live
Albion, Indiana
Mark R Hunter is the author of three romantic comedies: Radio Red is the latest, along with Storm Chaser and its sequel, The Notorious Ian Grant, and a related story collection, Storm Chaser Shorts. He also wrote a young adult adventure, The No-Campfire Girls, and a humor collection, Slightly Off the Mark. In addition, he collaborated with his wife, Emily, on the history books Images of America: Albion and Noble County, and Smoky Days and Sleepless Nights: A Century or So With The Albion Fire Department. Mark’s work also appeared in the anthologies My Funny Valentine and Strange Portals: Ink Slingers’ Fantasy/Horror Anthology.

Mark and Emily’s newest non-fiction book is a curious mix of genres: Humor and history. Hoosier Hysterical: How the West Became the Midwest Without Moving At All is a fun-poking look at Indiana history, celebrity, and trivia, with numerous illustrations and even more puns. They live in rural Indiana with their dog, Baewulf (yeah, the spelling’s right), and a cowardly ball python named Lucius.

As if that wasn’t genre enough, Mark’s currently putting the finishing touches on—a space opera!
