Jon Ripslinger Books for Young Adults. Contemporary YA Fiction with an Impact. Enjoy Reality! Jon writes fiction for young adults and adults who enjoy contemporary YA fiction that features, mystery, suspense, and romance. As a bonus for readers who enjoy an in-depth plot treatment, my novels include both strong the male and female leads. Thus readers from both genders can find themselves immersed in the plot. As an added bonus for readers, the stories have great takeaway value and feature endings with a positive insight to life. In his newly published YA novel, Who is Lori Darling?, the more time eighteen-year-old Carl Mueller spends with his girlfriend Lori Darling, the more he senses that something is horribly wrong in her life, something possibly unimaginable. When he finally discovers the terrible truth that threatens to shatter the bond they share and derail each of their promising futures, Carl risks his own life to find the answer to the question that haunts them both… Who is Lori Darling?
