Most seeds can grow into something more. A seed may perish if left alone, but combined with other seeds, that single seeds chances of survival are much greater, as is its potential to become a much larger event. And just like those seeds, the career of a writer cannot be left with only a single seed to speak of. In order for writers to learn and grow into their art, they must plant seeds along the way. Those seeds are the stories they tell, the memories they make, the hardships they face, and the trials they overcome. Each of those seeds has the potential to transform writers to think, feel, and do things differently than they normally would. Seeds of the Future was compiled with this concept in mind. Each story and poem is a seed in the writing career of Jay Roberts. And this is only the beginning.
