William Howard has always found opportunities to both learn and teach throughout his life. A graduate of Temple University with a bachelors’ degree in education and two educational-related masters’ degrees from LaSalle University in Philadelphia PA, he also often traveled the road less taken. He has volunteered at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania where he wrote online articles about the Germantown and Mount Airy sections of Philadelphia. He has been an educational volunteer at the Academy of Natural Sciences and the National Museum of American Jewish History. In his spare time, he writes short stories and attends the Neshaminy Writers’ Group on a monthly basis. He currently resides in Philadelphia, PA where he lives with his wife, Bonnie..
