"The Seven Natural Wonders Of The Earth (My First Travel Books)" by Anna Othitis is the second in this series and almost even surpasses the charm of her first book. In this beautifully drawn and illustrated picture book Captain Frankie takes us to seven amazing beauty spots of the world: The Northern Lights, Victoria Falls, Rio De Janeiro, Mexico, The Grand Canyon, Mount Everest and the Great Barrier Reef. The impressive and well chosen pictures are followed up with great explanations about the history and background of those wonderful places and by questions, helping the parents and teachers to test what the children have remembered. Learning can be fun like this and it is sure to make children want to read more about the wonders of the world and travel to some of these destinations one day. Highly recommended
